The "WSET Level 1 Award in Wines" course is a great starting point for those interested in exploring (and tasting) different styles of wine in a single day. By completing a short multiple-choice question paper, you will even gain a recognised qualification in wine to impress your friends and (future) employers!

IMPORTANT: You must be of legal drinking age (18+ years old) to attend this course.
An exam comprising 30 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 45 minutes will be held at the end of the course. The course and the examination will be conducted in English.

Course Materials: Study materials will be provided on the day of the course and hence will not be sent by post in advance.
Digital Certificate & eBadge: As of 1 August 2025, WSET has fully transitioned to Digital Certificates and eBadges for all current and historical qualifications, including replacement certificates. Candidates completing examinations on or after this date will no longer receive paper certificates. However, you may order a physical WSET lapel pin through our school for a small additional fee. Please register for your WSET Digital Certificate using the same email address you used to enrol on your course. We recommend using a personal email address rather than a school or work email, so you can continue to access your digital credentials if your circumstances change.
