Saké Courses

VSF Wine Education is proud to be one of the very few schools in Europe accredited by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) to offer WSET Awards in Saké at Levels 1 & 3, and by the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA) to run the "Introductory Sake Professional" course.

A cherished pour in Japan for over 2500 years, saké is increasingly making its mark across the world, appearing on wine lists, bottle shelves, and in the cocktails of drinks professionals in-the-know.

If you’re looking to expand your beverage knowledge, saké is a smart choice to have under your belt. Enhancing your résumé with a saké qualification is an effective way to stand out from your peers and delight your customers.

And of course, you may simply want to learn more about saké for your own enjoyment!

We also run wine and spirits courses.

The "Introductory Sake Professional" course accredited by the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA) represents a unique opportunity for saké enthusiasts to further their understanding of saké from its origins and serving etiquette to its ingredients and production. This course includes some of the finest saké available and guests receive a certificate for their participation.
