Delivered in English via the WSET Online Classroom platform, this official digital course, administered by the WSET headquarters, offers total schedule flexibility, free from set timings. You can participate at your convenience, interacting with fellow students from around the world as well as a Certified Educator assigned by the WSET headquarters.
Course Duration: 4 weeks with a minimum of 3 hours study per week recommended to successfully complete the course. The course is asynchronous: You are free to complete the modules at your own pace during this 4-week window. After that, you'll still have access to the content for one year, although you won't be able to participate in the discussion forum and interact with your classmates anymore.

For those living outside the UK, once you have signed up for the course, you will be provided with guidance on the recommended sake styles to acquire locally.
Examination: The exam comprises 30 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 45 minutes. To pass, you must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly. You can take the exam online (for an extra £30) or in person (for free) on a date of your choice. Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
