The course will be delivered in a "blended" learning format:

- 2-day "in-class" lectures + tastings + revision + exam

Phase 2: two-day in-person lectures + tastings + revision + exam, including:
Day 1 (Sat) 09:30-17:30
Day 2 (Sun) 09:30-17:30 (including final revision and a 2.5-hour exam)
Post-exam celebration with the educator at a saké bar/restaurant and practise your saké tasting skills! (optional)
How much? £300 per person if you're resitting either theory or tasting (one paper) only; £350 if you're resitting both papers.
