Zuisen (瑞泉) is one of the largest and oldest distillers of Awamori (泡盛) in Okinawa. The koji is produced over a prolonged 3-day period resulting in an awamori with subtle flavours and pleasant sweetness.

Service Recommendations:

Neat, or with a few drops of water, in a rocks glass.
