Takara Sho Chiku Bai Taruzaké (Taru Saké) 松竹梅 樽酒 吉野杉樽の香り

This saké has been aged in Yoshino Sugi (Japanese cedar) barrels.

Cedar wood and pine nuts notes on the nose. Fresh aroma of parsley mingles with kick of fennel seeds on the palate with creamy and silky texture. Clean finish with big Umami and a touch of sweetness of banana chips.
