This saké is made with a very special type of water called "Miya Mizu" sourced locally in the nearby Fushimi District of Kyoto. This saké's name consists of three Chinese characters, namely "plum", "pine" and "bamboo", three ingredients associated with wealth and happiness.

This saké can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature or warm.

The saké has a light and flowery nose; light and crisp palate with a hint of mint. Perfect for all kinds of dishes and cuisines.
